Some key projects successfully executed includes:

1998 – 2001, Sub Contractors to Stone & Webster Inc, USA
2001, 2005, & 2007- Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) Steam Power Generation Project (Phases1, 2, 3). Involved installation of 3Nos 70Ton per hour packaged water-tube dual fired steam boilers, piping, steam power generation, and distribution systems. Sub-Contractors to resource Assets Management Inc, Calgria, Canada.
2002 – Sub Contractors to Black & Veach Inc, USA, on the 220 Megawatts Single Cycle Takoradi (T2) Thermal Power Generation for the Takoradi International Company (TICO).
2006 – Ghana Oil Development Company (GOPDC) - Assembling & Installation of a Completely Knocked Down (CKD) 30Tonne/hour, 30kg/cm2 Steam Boiler; Installation of 3.5MW Steam Turbine and associated pipe works.
2007 – Sub Contractors to Rotring Engineering (Gmbh), Germany, on the Ghana 2 Natural Gas Conversion Project - installation of equipment & piping requiring coded welding to International Standards (ASME, ANSI, API, ASTM, EURONEM, etc).
2012 & 2013 – Sub-Contractor to P2W Ghana Limited on the Water Treatment Plant Projects to Anglogold Ashanti, Obuasi Mine, and Gold Star Bogoso Mine respectively.
2012 & 2013 – Main Contractor to Avnash Industries (Gh) Limited – Undertook the Mechanical & Structural Engineering Works to the 400Ton per day Tamale Rice Mill Processing Plant. The scope of works includes the assembling, installation and/or the erection of related process equipment such as silos, elevators & conveyors, cyclones, hoppers & bins, and related structural steel works. Others include steam boiler installation, piping, refractories, and thermal insulation.

2013 & 2014 – Completed on sub-contract to CT-Technologies Aps, Denmark on the installation an ultra-modern 3,000Ton capacity cold storage facility to We2 Sea Foods Ltd, Tema Ghana. Works included specialised piping works incorporating customised electrical, instrumentation & controls systems.
2014 & 2015 – NORPALM (Ghana) Limited – Oil Palm Cultivation & Processing Mechanical & Civil Engineering Works: (Mill Upgrade Project)
2016- Ghana Specialty Fats & Industries Limited (GSFIL) complete installation of a 25Ton/Hr biomass energy plant and all related ancillaries such as piping, insulation etc.
2020- JUABEN OIL MILLS (JOM) construction of a 20Ton/Hr biomass energy plant with a 1.0MW steam turbine & ancillaries such as piping, refractory & ancillaries (burners, soot blowers, piping thermal insulation etc.)
2021- Wilmar Africa Limited (WAL) Fabrication of a 1600MT biomass Silo including an integrated feeding system.
2021- Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) Installation of crude oil heater and ancillary works including: heater modules, stacks, platforms, refractory and ancillaries (burners, soot blowers, piping (P5), thermal insulation etc.)
2022- Wilmar Africa Limited (WAL) Fabrication and erection of a 41 meter high double sleeve chimney complete with insulation.
2022- Ghana Specialty Fats & Industries Limited (GSFIL) Installation/erection of a Shea nuts destoner plant complete with cyclones, bucket elevators, screw conveyors etc.
2023- Wilmar Africa Limited (WAL) Installation of a 25 Ton/Hour Vyncke biomass steam energy plant and all related ancillaries such as piping, insulation etc.

Some key projects successfully executed includes:

January 2013 & May 2013 – Benso Oil Palm Plantation (BOPP) civil works on reinforced concrete foundations for the fresh fruit bunch loading ramp & clarifier.
October 2014 & September 2014 – NORPALM (Ghana) Limited
- Civil works on Reinforced Concrete Foundations to facilitate the installation of a 25Ton/Hr Biomass fuel-fired Steam Boiler Plant & accessories, 1.0MW Elliot Steam Turbine, Boiler Housing Steel structures, Stacks, and Steam Blow-down systems.
- Additional related civil works included retainer walls, drains, and access ways.
October 2015 & January 2016 –Twifo Oil Palm Plantation (TOPP) Civil works on Reinforced Concrete Foundations to facilitate the installation of a 30Ton/Hr Biomass fuel-fired Steam Boiler Plant & accessories, Boiler Housing Steel structures, Stacks, and Steam Blow-down systems. Additional related civil works included retainer walls, drains, and access ways.
August 2016 & January 2017 – WILMAR Ghana Specialty Fats Industries Limited (GSFIL) Engineering Design and Construction of Reinforced Concrete Foundation Base and Retaining Walls for 2No 1500 Ton Shea butter Steel Storage Tanks.

December 2017 & September 2019 - Plantation Socfinaf Ghana (PSG) Limited Construction of an Integrated Palm Oil Mill at Daboase. Scope included:
- Construction of the main Factory
- All Earthworks
- Mill Building, Sterilization & Blown-Down Stations etc.
- Building (5no) Effluent Systems,
- All major Roads & Drains, Central Workshop,
- Administration blocks, Cafeteria, Change Rooms, etc.
2020- JUABEN OIL MILLS (JOM) Civil design and construction for a 20Ton/Hr biomass energy plant and an integrated moving floor system with retaining walls.
2021 – Benso Oil Palm Plantation (BOPP) civil/mechanical works for a new clarification and filtration water treatment system.
2022-Ongoing: Wilmar Africa Limited (WAL) Civil construction of a 25TPH load distribution energy pressure boiler plant.

Quality Assurance

The company pursues a Quality Assurance Policy incorporating a Quality Control Plan (QCP) structured to ensure appropriate documentation control in the area of material and product traceability, construction, erection, lifting & material handling procedures, through to inspection, and acceptability. Other quality assurance documentation also includes;
