Health and Safety Policy Statement
The management of Amitaab Limited is committed to conducting its operations in a manner that ensures protection of its employees, visitors, client employees and communities in which we operate in.
Management endeavours to:
- Work towards the elimination and reduction of OHS hazards and risks of associated with our operations
- Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related illness and injury to all of our employees and others exposed to our operations
- Ensure that the requirements of applicable Health and Safety Regulations and relevant industry standards to our operations are fully complied within the context of the company’s business and operational activities.
- Provide sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision to ensure the employees are competent to do their work.
- Ensure arrangements are in place for the safe use and maintenance of all plant, machinery and equipment that is used by our employees.
- Provide the means for continued consultation and participation with all members of staff on any occupational health, safety and welfare related matters.
- Provide adequate resources to fully comply with the ISO45001:2018 health and safety management system Standard.
- Ensure that our health and safety policy document is reviewed at regular intervals and ensuring that any updates are communicated to all members of staff and any further interested parties by the most effective means available.
- Implement emergency response and preparedness procedures, including evacuation in case of fire or other significant incident.
- Line managers and supervisors have the day-to-day responsibility for ensuring this policy is put into practice.
- The Health and Safety Manager shall provide advice and guidance on the implementation of the Health and Safety Policy.
All employees shall:
- Cooperate with supervisors and managers on health and safety matters;
- Take reasonable care of their own health and safety; and
- Report all incidents including near misses and health and safety concerns to their
